| Hi Nur,
We finally arrived back home last Sunday. During the last days of our trip, we didn't have an opportunity to sit and write this email although we always wanted to do it. We must tell you that all the divers in our group are very much delighted for the excellent service given by Pigmy Bali Diving and by our dive master Baron (or Banur?). His performance was outstanding. He was very organized and competent, always respectful, patient and willing to help. He conducted him self in a professional and service oriented manner. Our bus driver was also very nice, respectful and helpful. Please let them both know hat we are very much happy and grateful for that.Also, congratulations and thank you very much to you. Truly, we are glad for having Pigmy Bali Diving mange our dive trip.Great service! Regards AU | |

| Thank you for a most enjoyable day at Nusa Penida. Diving and snorkling was fun. The dive master Baron was very professional and explained the situation in a relaxed maner. Lunch was perfect (Indonesian cuisine).
